 Payment

  • Your credit card will be debited for a deposit of 35% within 5 days after booking. The 35% deposit is final and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
  • At a total cost of less than CHF 1,000, the remaining 65% is paid on arrival in the cottage.
  • If the total is more than CHF 1,000, the remaining 65% must be paid within 2 weeks before arrival in the chalet
  • You can pay in cash or by Credit Card.

Breakfast

  • Every morning in the dining room on the ground floor, 8h00 – 9h30

Dinner

  • Dinner (three courses) can be booked, except for Wednesday evening.
  • Dinner reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We advice you to reserve for dinner together with your room, so you are garantueed to have a place at the dinner table.
  • Costs for dinner are CHF 25 per person per day.
  • Dinner is being served at 19h00.
  • There are long dining tables where you and fellow guests can enjoy dinner together.

How it works and house rules

  • There is no reception desk. Our colleagues are working in and around the chalet. If you don’t see a staff member, please call the number at the entrance
  • Breakfast is a buffet. There are long dining tables where you and fellow guests can enjoy breakfast.
  • If you have a diet or allergie, please let u know before your arrival. Our colleagues will try to provide a substitute product for breakfast.
  • Room cleaning starts around 9h30. This is the basic cleaning of the bathroom and vaccuuming of the room. Please leave the key with the staff, so that they can clean your room.
  • The front door is open 24h/24h, 7 days a week.
  • SwissChalet Montana is a no-smoking chalet

Cancellation Policies

  • If canceled up to 2 weeks before arrival we charge 35% cancellation fee of the total booking
  • Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival we charge 100% cancellation of the booking total
